Andrew McPhail was born in Calgary Alberta in 1961. He completed both his BFA and MFA at York University. He has had recent solo exhibitions at the Birch Libralato Gallery, Toronto; Glenhyrst Art Gallery, Brantford; Transit Gallery, Hamilton; and at the MacIntosh Gallery, London, Ontario and the Art Gallery of Hamilton. He is represented by Birch Libralato Gallery, Toronto and Transit Gallery, Hamilton. He lives in Hamilton, Ontario.
